Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
Wrong Product Delivered

Product Opening Video Requirement
Important: Video Proof Required
To ensure smooth processing of returns or claims for damaged or incorrect items, we require you to record an opening video of the package as you receive it.
Video Requirements:
- • Clearly shows the condition of the outer packaging and the product
- • Recorded immediately upon opening the package
- • No tampering with contents before/during recording
- • Must be submitted with your return request

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned due to:
- Incorrect delivery
- Damage during shipping
Processing Time: 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges
